Shipping charges
Standard shipping is R110.00. Shipping is free when the discounted merchandise and configured-extras subtotal reaches R999.00. Shipping itself is not counted toward the threshold.
Dispatch timing
Standard orders are normally prepared for dispatch in 7–9 South African business days after payment confirmation. Personalised or bespoke orders—including embroidery and garment alterations—normally require 10–14 business days.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, recognised South African public holidays and exceptional closure dates recorded by DRKT. These are dispatch estimates, not same-day promises. If an unexpected production delay occurs, DRKT will contact you.
Addresses and collection points
At checkout you may provide a South African home or work address, or an exact collection point for The Courier Guy, PAXI, PostNet or another supported service. A service name alone is not sufficient: the point name and location must be supplied. Customers are responsible for checking delivery details during order review.
Tracking and risk
When available, DRKT records the courier/service, tracking or collection reference and dispatch date and sends it to the customer. Contact us promptly if the parcel appears delayed, damaged or misdirected so we can investigate with the carrier and apply your statutory rights where relevant.
