Join DRKT Circle for a one-time 10% First-Purchase Reward on your first qualifying signed-in purchase of R1,000 or more. Complete five qualifying Premium Full Set Scrubs to unlock a rolling 12-month DRKT VIP membership cycle. Additional Premium Full Set purchases made during an active VIP cycle remain in your order history but do not restart, extend or overlap the current VIP cycle and do not carry forward into the next qualification window. A maximum of one Birthday Full Set reward may be issued during each active 12-month VIP cycle where the applicable birthday falls within that membership window.
1. Joining Circle
Circle is optional, free membership for an individual aged 18 or older with their own verified email and accurate contact details. Guest checkout remains available without registration or DOB. You must accept these Terms; each accepted version and timestamp is retained. Keep your credentials private. Staff cannot view your password.
One membership per person is permitted. Duplicate or fabricated identities must not be used to obtain repeated benefits. Reasonable ownership checks may be required. Contact support@drkt.co.za for access, correction or recovery assistance.
2. First-Purchase Reward
Registered DRKT Circle customers receive 10% off their first qualifying signed-in purchase of R1,000 or more. The customer must be signed into the registered account before checkout, the eligible merchandise subtotal must reach at least R1,000 according to the store's eligible-purchase rules, and eligibility is confirmed server-side. The reward is single-use per customer/account. Once used, it does not become available again through logout or login, browser or device changes, email changes, duplicate sessions, order cancellation manipulation or other client-side actions.
3. Offers and stacking
Circle and Active VIP offers may have defined dates, products, ranges, exclusions, minimum eligible merchandise spend and usage limits. The checkout displays the applicable saving before you submit. Promotions, including the Welcome Benefit, do not stack unless the approved offers explicitly allow compatible stacking. Standard shipping eligibility uses the discounted merchandise subtotal. Store Credit is payment, not another promotional discount, and does not lower that subtotal.
4. DRKT VIP qualification
DRKT VIP is earned by completing five qualifying paid Premium Full Set Scrubs. Only purchases that satisfy the configured qualifying rules and reach the required final qualifying status count. Cancelled, refunded, invalidated, reward, fraudulent, test or otherwise excluded purchases do not create unintended VIP entitlement. The purchase that completes the five-set requirement establishes the VIP qualification date and begins the rolling 12-month VIP cycle.
During an active VIP cycle, additional Premium Full Set purchases remain in the customer's order history and reporting but do not restart the cycle, extend its expiry, create another birthday reward, start an overlapping VIP cycle or carry forward into the next qualification period.
A new qualification window opens only after the current VIP cycle has elapsed.
5. Twelve months, with no carry-forward
VIP activates when your qualifying purchases are confirmed and expires on the recorded anniversary 12 months later. A leap-day anniversary is observed on the last valid day of the corresponding month. Purchases while VIP do not restart the clock, extend expiry, reserve another year or create banked progress. You will see the active expiry, not a next-cycle counter.
After expiry Circle, login, orders, addresses, Store Credit and history remain. Qualification restarts at 0 of 5. Only qualifying new purchases after expiry count. For example, VIP activated in September 2026 expires in September 2027; five further sets in February 2027 have no value toward the next cycle.
6. Date of birth
DOB is required to administer the cycle-based Birthday Full Set benefit and account eligibility, not for guest checkout. Confirm it accurately. Contact Support to request a correction. Authorised staff verify the request and keep a record of the change. Staff preparing your reward receive only the birthday details needed for that task. A 29 February birthday is observed on 28 February in a non-leap year.
7. Birthday Full Set Reward
An active DRKT VIP member may receive a maximum of one Birthday Full Set reward during each active 12-month VIP cycle. The applicable reward is issued for the member's birthday where that birthday falls inside the active VIP membership window. The system prevents more than one Birthday Full Set reward from being issued for the same VIP cycle.
For example, a customer qualifying on 15 October 2026 has an active VIP cycle from 15 October 2026 through 14 October 2027. Additional qualifying purchases during that period do not change those dates. If the customer's birthday is 6 August, the birthday reward associated with the birthday occurring during that active cycle applies, provided the cycle has not already issued its Birthday Full Set.
8. Production and complimentary delivery
Configuration, manufacturing, quality control and dispatch take time. Standard orders are normally prepared for dispatch in 7–9 South African business days after payment confirmation. Personalised or bespoke orders—including embroidery and garment alterations—normally require 10–14 South African business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and recognised South African public holidays. A birthday gift is not a promise of same-day manufacture, immediate dispatch or arrival on the birthday.
Eligible standard delivery of the birthday set is complimentary through the supported South African network, subject to accurate address details, service coverage and courier availability. Remote or unsupported locations may require a collection point, alternative courier or another agreed practical method. DRKT will communicate the arrangement before production and will not silently add a compulsory shipping fee. Customer-chosen upgrades must be genuinely optional.
9. Other VIP designations and Christmas
While Active VIP, approved VIP designation may be offered on specified purchased garments at a disclosed complimentary or paid rate. Guests, Circle members and Former VIPs cannot use an Active VIP-only feature.
The Christmas-period benefit is defined and approved for the relevant year, with its goods, claim window and fulfilment terms announced separately. No particular Christmas gift is promised before announcement. An eligible member may receive only one entitlement for that annual period. Birthday and Christmas records are separate.
10. Returns, reviews and corrections
Statutory remedies for defective, unsafe or non-conforming goods remain available, including personalised goods. Ordinary standard goods are not automatically non-returnable merely because they are manufactured after ordering. Any applicable electronic-commerce cooling-off right and lawful personalised-goods exception are addressed in the store Returns Policy.
Genuine returns, refunds or verified fraud may affect qualifying quantities or an unfulfilled benefit. A resulting eligibility hold is subject to authorised human review and an opportunity to correct an error. We do not confiscate Store Credit, erase original sales, charge a reward clawback fee or deny statutory refunds through this programme. Exceptional VIP interventions require a documented reason and audit trail.
11. Privacy and communications
We use DOB, membership, purchase patterns and reward records for programme administration, security, fulfilment and permitted personalisation. Access is limited by role; Marketing cannot change credit balances or process refunds. Optional marketing-email consent is separate from Terms acceptance and can be withdrawn in My DRKT or via support@drkt.co.za. Essential account, order and reward-service notices may still be sent. 12. Programme changes and support
DRKT may make prospective, clearly communicated changes for legitimate operational or legal reasons. Existing earned rights, confirmed orders and recorded VIP periods will be honoured subject to law and justified fraud/error review. Restrictions and substitutes must comply with applicable consumer law; programme changes do not authorise arbitrary retrospective removal of benefits. We will make reasonable provision for anticipated reward demand and agree an appropriate alternative if an advertised reward cannot be supplied.
