PayFast
Card and supported online payment details are entered on PayFast’s secure service. DRKT does not collect or store raw card information. Your order is marked paid once PayFast confirms the payment. If your status has not updated, wait a moment and refresh your order page.
EFT / Bank Transfer
EFT orders begin as Awaiting Payment. Pay or provide Proof of Payment within three South African business days, using the permanent DRKT order number as the payment reference. The exact amount due, deadline and bank details appear on the secure order page and in the order email.
A Proof of Payment changes the status to Payment Submitted and prevents automatic expiry while it is validly under review. It does not automatically confirm cleared funds. Finance verifies the payment before production begins.
DRKT store credit
Store credit is a payment instrument, not a discount. It may cover all or part of an order without changing the merchandise subtotal used for the free-shipping threshold. When a balance remains, the customer pays only that balance through PayFast or EFT.
Access requires the unique credit reference, latest security code, and matching order email and cellphone. You can check your available balance and transaction history on the Store Credit page.
Refund routes
For an approved refund, our Finance team will check whether the money can return through your original PayFast payment method. For EFT payments, or when that PayFast route is unavailable, we may arrange a refund to a verified bank account.
Cash-origin store credit can be submitted for money conversion; promotional or goodwill credit cannot. Our Finance team reviews each request and confirms the available payment route before making the payout.

Provider eligibility and time limits can change. Finance checks the actual transaction at the time of refund rather than relying only on the payment-method label.

The product page, bag and final review show base price, size surcharge, bottom style, length alteration, embroidery, epaulettes, quantity, discount, shipping, store credit applied and balance due before order submission.
